How do I make a purchase/ place an order?

It is very easy to place an order at Benchara.in

  • Browse our products by clicking on HOME to find what you'd like to buy.
  • Once you have found a product you want to buy, click on it, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button next to each product.
  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top right of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE' link under the product image to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account for placing an order?

Yes, signing up/ creating an account is easy. This enables Benchara.in to serve you better.

How can I check the status of my order? We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped?

You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website. We use DHL, UPS, Airwings and Aramex for international deliveries and DTDC and Speed Post for deliveries within India.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order, which contains all the items.

What is the Maximum weight allocated per order, per transaction?

As we are calculating the shipping charge per item, the maximum weight permitted per order cannot exceed more than 8kgs. If you wish to proceed with further purchase you may place a new order.

How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. The payment is deducted from your card after you submit your card details and checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will reimburse the value of the item.

What payment methods does Benchara.in accept?

We accept UPI, credit, debit cards and bank transfer. We also accept payments through a Razorpay account.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Benchara.in?

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We follow the best technical and management practices in the industry to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. The site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology for secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. In addition, only those employees and third parties who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access.

Does Benchara.in charge GST?

No. All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

All domestic purchases are inclusive of taxes and other charges. However, for international purchases, product prices displayed are not inclusive of destination taxes and duties and you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

Packing & Shipping

What are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free delivery within India through courier services. For international deliveries, additional charges will apply and will be calculated based on the weight of the purchased product.

How does Benchara.in ship products?

We ship our products through shipping experts DHL, UPS, Airwings, DTDC, Speed post and Aramex.

How long will It take for me to receive my product?

You will receive your product as per the ‘Estimated arrival time’ mentioned on the checkout page.

Can my Billing Address and Shipping Address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please contact us at support@Benchara.in for assistance.

What if I forget my password?

Please click on ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD’ on the ‘SIGN IN’ page to receive a new password on your e-mail address. If you have any trouble, please contact us at support@Benchara.in for assistance.

How do I change my username or email address & settings?

You can go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ by clicking your ‘NAME’ in the top right corner of the browser. In the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section you can edit your name, email address etc... Alternatively, you can send us an email on support@Benchara.in

Others

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

What if an item is Sold Out and I want to buy it?

If an item appears as ‘SOLD OUT’ you will find a NOTIFY ME button on the same page which will alert us your request for the item. You may also send us a request at support@Benchara.in

Do You Have Cash On Delivery option?

No, we do not have Cash on Delivery option

I contacted you yesterday. Why haven't I heard back yet?

Our customer support team typically responds to inquiries within 2 business days. For quicker assistance, please reach out during our office hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (IST). Calls and emails received after business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we are happy to send pieces internationally. We use united parcel service [UPS], DHL, Airwings and Aramex for International shipments. Shipping charges are calculated as per the weight of the final product. Any customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

How long does it take to make my dress?

You will receive your dress within 1 – 2 weeks after we have received and confirmed your order. As soon as it leaves our facilities, we will send you a notification, which will include the name of the carrier and a tracking number.

Can I get my dress quicker?

Expedited service may be available upon request. If expedited service is needed a rush fee and express delivery charges may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund of advance payment. Orders cancelled more than 12 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost (if paid) and 50% of the advance payment. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, consumer’s cancellation rights will end

Can I make changes to my order?

While fabrics are unable to be changed after an order is placed, minor customization options can be changed within 12 hours of order placed. I need custom sizing.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can view the status of your order by signing in to your account. Your order status will be available 24 hours after you place your order

How can I pay for my order?

You can either use our online service “Make Payment” to pay for your order or we can provide you, our bank account details for payment transfer. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, , Bank Transfer and other money transfer options such as Western Union, UAE Exchange, MoneyGram etc. Please note that all orders will be processed once payment is received.

I need custom sizing. Is that possible?

Yes! All our dresses come with a custom sizing option. Our measurement form can be downloaded from our website or we can send the measurement form via email on request.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes, we do carry sizes up to 3XL/44 as well as custom sizing. Please note that there may be additional charges for sizes 4XL/46 and above for the fabric and trims.

What is Deal of the Day?

Deal of the Day is specially selected items at prices too good to miss! Offers are valid in-store and online. Every day you will see our lightning deals displaying limited-time at heavily discounted prices! Each sale will last for 24 hours only! Buy quickly because these deals will go away fast.

To take advantage of the deals on offer, ensure you are logged in prior to purchase. The moment you have the item in your cart, continue straight through to pay and complete your order. Once finished, you will be given an order number for confirmation.

Please note this is a worldwide sale so with limited stock, they will not be sitting on the shelf for too long!

Be sure to get in quick. Limited quantities so stock will sell out fast!

Can I return or exchange items purchased on Deal of the Day?

Deal of the Day items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

What do I do if I’m sent a faulty item?

As we follow international standards for QC, our products are carefully inspected before they leave our distribution centre; however, If you receive a faulty item with your online order, please get in touch with our dedicated customer service team who will be able to resolve the issue for you:

Can I return a faulty item for a refund or exchange?

If you have purchased an item that is faulty, you can return the item back to us within 2 days upon receipt of consignment to the below address. A full account credit will be applicable for faulty products.

Please note:

Purchased items cannot be returned on the basis of colour, patterns or designs. There could be a slight variation in colour depending on the product and photography.

Proof of purchase will need to be shown for an exchange or to issue credit note on Deal of the day item(s), and the item(s) will need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags still in tact.

Courier charges of returned goods are to be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return that is damaged due to:

  • Staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.)
  • Wear and tear (ripping, tearing)
  • Scent (perfume, body odor)
What should I do if I receive an incorrect product?

In case you have received an item, which is not what you had originally ordered, please e-mail us with your order number within 48 hours @support@benchara.in or contact our customer care number 91-9947568140.

Please note:

We will be able to ship the correct order once we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original
packaging.
